On March 19, 2024, we're embarking on an incredible Everest Base Camp journey, conquering heights at 5364m! 🏞 It's more than a climb; it's a heartfelt mission! As our group of friends gears up for this 14-day transformative expedition, we invite you to be a significant part of the impact we're set to create.
In preparation for this adventure, we've dedicated ourselves to building endurance – weekends of conquering peaks like Boxhill, Snowdonia, Mount Teide in Spain, and upcoming challenges like Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis. From daily 10k steps to weekly badminton sessions, gym workouts, and yoga – we've embraced a routine to stay active and resilient.
